Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers Policy - ALL Cancellations must be received via email. 

Cancellations received at least 6 weeks prior to the date of the exam will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received less than 6 weeks prior to the date of the exam will incur a $75 cancellation fee. 

No Shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the exam will not be eligible for a refund.

All transfers from one exam date to another MUST be approved by CRMCA staff.

It is the registrant's responsibility to contact CRMCA to CANCEL a registration or TRANSFER sessions. If your registration is not cancelled through CRMCA and you are not present on the date of the exam, that will be considered a NO SHOW. 

Process to transfer exam dates:

1)      Email [email protected] to cancel the current registration and request a transfer. Please include the date you would like to cancel, the date you would like to attend and the first and last name of the attendee.
